Processing & Shipping Policy

Please be aware that processing & shipping delays can occur so shipping times are not guaranteed.

Please be aware that "Signature Confirmation" is applied to ALL orders, and you must be present to sign in order to get your package. However, you can arrange for a pick-up or have an appointed trusted person of your choice sign on your behalf if you wish to release the signature. It is your responsibility to provide correct delivery information when placing your order. 

Please allow 7-14 business days for processing (due to the to the nature of this product)

Shipping takes 2-5 business days via USPS 

• We are NOT liable for any lost, stolen, or damaged packages after USPS receives your order. Once dispatched, USPS is liable; if an issue arises, it is advisable to contact them immediately.

• Please be aware that disasters caused by harsh weather, transportation delays, and late shipments are out of our control. 

Refund Policy

Please be aware that we DO NOT offer refunds or exchanges. ALL SALES ARE FINAL.
