Please be aware that processing & shipping delays can occur so shipping times are not guaranteed.

Please be aware that "Signature Confirmation" is applied to ALL orders, and you must be present to sign in order to get your package. However, you can arrange for a pick-up or have a neighbor sign on your behalf if you want to release the signature. It is your responsibility to provide correct delivery information when placing your order.

Shipping takes 2-5 business days via USPS

We are NOT liable for any lost, stolen, or damaged packages after USPS receives your order. Once dispatched, USPS is liable; if an issue arises, it is advisable to contact them immediately.
Please be aware that disasters caused by harsh weather, transportation delays, and late shipments are out of our control.

RETURNS & EXCHANGE POLICY

Please be aware that we DO NOT offer refunds or exchanges. ALL SALES ARE FINAL.

Due to the nature of this product, once your order has been placed, we are unable to return the hair to the vendor or exchange it for an alternative.
